Fees

Insurance - Insurance is accepted with Acupuncture benefits.  Staff will call your policy to verify in network or out of network benefits.  We accept  Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care and VA Discount Card.  We accept all other policies that have out of network acupuncture benefits.

Initial Acupuncture Exam and Treatment - $95.00

Acupuncture Treatment - $75.00

Pediatric Rate -$45.00

Homeopathic Facial Rejuvenation - $95.00 per, 20% discount with entire package

Mei Zen Facial Rejuvenation - $85.00 per, 20% discount with entire package

Serapin Injection - $60.00 per Ml,

Traumeel & Zeel injections - 60.00 per ML

B12 -$25.00.  All other injectables prices may vary. 

Ear Treatment Only - $20.00 ear seeds

Herbal Intake and Consult - $50.00 with additional fee for products

Energy Healing - 125.00 per session, 145.00 for long distance healing work. 

All Major Credit Cards are accepted.  HSA accounts accepted.

                    Insurance taken if your policy covers acupuncture.  I BCBS of Florida, United Healthcare.  Other policies are out of network and may have coverage at an out of network rate.
