Rita Specht-Anderson, A.P., DOM, is a graduate from East West College of Natural Medicine, in Sarasota, Fl.  Dr. Rita has been in practice for 15 years and has over 25 years experience in alternative medicine.   Dr. Rita's training includes Acupuncture,  herbology, homeopathy, Acupuncture Injection Therapy, massage and bodywork, pediatric and women's healthcare, addiction and anti-aging.  She is licensed by the State of Florida and recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and member of FSOMA.  She has a previous Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a former employee of the Sarasota County School Board.  She is a graduate of the Metuchen School of Body Mind Studies for massage and bodywork.
